Hannah started her career in sales and business development, where she gained expertise in team management, top of funnel outreach, and revenue operations, while demonstrating the grit to hear “no” over and over without losing an ounce of enthusiasm. She has spent her career learning to quickly identify challenges and address them, before they become roadblocks.

Monica joined the startup world after more than a decade as a Big 4 business consultant. As the Chief Operating Officer of a fintech company, she worked with every part of the business to execute on the company’s strategy and learned first-hand the importance of paying attention to every last cobweb.
Monica previously worked for EY, where she held leadership positions on numerous successful large-scale business transformations. She has worked in multiple industries and has partnered with every major front and back-office function. Monica is an experienced people manager with a passion for developing the next generation of leaders.
